Appointment cancellation policy and rules

In otder to schedule an appointment, you must pay 25% of the value of the service.

The waiting time will be 15 minutes, in case you arrive after this time unfortunately we will not be able to attend you since it affects the schedule of the rest of the clients during the day, in case you do not arrive to your appointment this money will not be refunded.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appoinment date and time. After that time, it cannot be considered a reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded.

We expect you to arrive at the exact time to your appointment scheduled. It is not necessary to arrive earlier, we will be preparing the space to receive you, we appreciate your punctuality.

It is important that before coming to your appointment you consider that you cannot wear make-up at least 24 hours after your treatment. In the case of gentlemen, please note that you cannot shave 24 hours before coming to your appointment or 24 hours after. The use of retinol must be discontinued at least 7 days prior to coming for your facial cleansing treatment.

Please note that you will not be able to exercise, or be exposed to steam, heat and sun for at least 24 hours of your treatment, this may vary depending on the procedure we perform in the salon.

Please if you use a daily care routine you can bring what you use to receive advice if you are using the right products and at the same time so that nothing of what is used in the cabin can make adverse effect with what you use at home, if you can not bring them you can take note or indicate it at the time of filling your history.
